We offer VISA / MasterCard / American Express payment options via Stripe, and online payment systems directory. Once the payment proceeds, you receive a confirmation email with your order details.

For the residents of Ukraine there are two more additional payment options available:
1. Privat24 or POS-terminal;
2. Cash on delivery through Nova Poshta office.

If you have any difficulties with the payment via your credit card, please send us an e-mail — nfo@Shmelevsky.com. We will gladly answer any of your questions.

Orders

Each of our hats is custom-made, and it can take up to 5 business days to create your perfect hat. After your order is ready that will be sent to the shipping address you provided. Please note that during the periods of sales and holidays it can take more time.

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable. All orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense.

Please contact info@Shmelevsky.com. if you would like to exchange or return a product. We will get back to you in 24 hours or less. Please allow 2 weeks for your refund. We will send an email once we receive the item and your refund will proceed.

International Shipping

Worldwide delivery is carried out through the national post of Ukraine. Delivery price is 35 USD. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your order to arrive, depending on destination. We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email once your order is ready.

Shipping within Ukraine

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out through Nova Poshta. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to arrive, depending on destination. We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email once your order is ready.

Taxes and Duties

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these costs. For any information ahead of purchase email us at info@Shmelevsky.com

Order Changes and Cancellations

In some circumstances, we can add to/combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs. To combine multiple orders, email us at info@Shmelevsky.com within 48 hours of your initial order. Changes of the items' features (e.g., size or color) must be requested within 48 hours from your order placement, and will be subjected to acceptance by Shmelevsky. Requests made outside this 48-hour window may be subjected to a 15% surcharge.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at info@Shmelevsky.com as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility yet. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
